These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of a private, personal SMS notification service operated by Keith's Personal Agent ("we," "our," or "us"). The service sends automated informational text messages — such as reminders, summaries, and logistics notifications — to the account owner and to a small number of personal contacts who have consented to receive them. By receiving these messages, recipients agree to these Terms.
This is a low-volume, non-commercial service used for personal notifications and coordination. Messages are informational only. We do not use this service to send marketing or promotional content.
Recipients receive messages only after opting in. The account owner opts in by registering and verifying their own phone number. Personal contacts opt in by providing direct verbal consent before any messages are sent. By consenting, recipients agree to receive automated SMS messages at the number they provided.
Message frequency varies with activity and is typically 1–3 messages per week. This is a personal, low-volume service and frequency is not guaranteed.
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, which ends all further messages to that number. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance. Consent may also be withdrawn by informing the account owner directly through any channel, and we will honor that request promptly.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by recipients in connection with receiving messages.
We make reasonable efforts to deliver messages but do not guarantee that any message will be delivered, delivered on time, or free of error. Message delivery depends on carriers and third-party providers outside our control. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The service is intended solely for the personal, informational purposes described above. Recipients agree not to misuse the service or use any information received through it for unlawful purposes.
Information collected in connection with the service is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including any missed, delayed, or undelivered messages.
Messages are delivered using third-party providers, including Twilio. Use of the service is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
