This policy explains how "Keith's Agent" ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with an automated SMS notification application. Keith's Agent is a personal-productivity automation application that sends scheduled, application-generated informational messages — such as email summaries, task reminders, and calendar alerts — to individuals who have enrolled their mobile number to receive the application's output.
We collect and store only the information needed to operate this service:
We do not collect financial information, location data, or any sensitive personal information through this SMS service.
Phone numbers and associated information are used solely to send the automated informational messages the recipient has agreed to receive. We do not use this information for advertising or marketing.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers, consent records, or any recipient information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with the messaging service provider (Twilio) as strictly necessary to deliver the messages, and as required by law.
Recipients receive messages only after enrolling their number to receive the application's automated notifications:
Consent may be withdrawn at any time (see Opting Out below).
Message frequency varies with activity and is typically 1–3 messages per week. This is a low-volume application.
Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. This will end all further messages to that number. Recipients can reply HELP for assistance or contact us at the email below. Consent may also be withdrawn by contacting us directly through any channel.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and plan.
We retain phone numbers and associated information only as long as needed to operate the service, and remove them when a recipient opts out or the service is discontinued. We take reasonable measures to protect stored information from unauthorized access.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
